This machine tool is equipped with a Siemens 840D SL CNC system, featuring eleven axes and five-axis simultaneous control. The grinding wheel profile is dressed using a single diamond dresser with double-sided dressing, enabling automatic adjustment of the pressure angle; the outer circumference of the grinding wheel is dressed with a carbide blade, significantly enhancing dressing efficiency. The machine supports automatic workpiece clamping, automatic and uniform distribution of grinding allowances, automatic tool setting and engagement, and employs multi-head grinding wheel technology. It also utilizes in-phase dressing technology, which facilitates high dressing accuracy; moreover, the dressing position is lower than the workpiece clamping position, effectively preventing dressing debris from compromising clamping accuracy. The machine adopts a design philosophy emphasizing thermal symmetry, high rigidity, and lightweight construction, thereby enhancing machine stability, machining efficiency, and machining accuracy.
