1. worm

General description:

The transmission ratio is large. Compared with the transmission ratio of gear worm transmission, the transmission ratio of gear transmission is usually between 10:1 and 60:1, while the transmission ratio of gear transmission is generally between 3:1 and 5:1. This makes the worm drive suitable for the transmission of large torque and low speed occasions, while the gear drive is suitable for small and medium torque and high speed occasions.

The transmission is stable. The worm teeth of the worm drive are continuous and uninterrupted spiral teeth, which are continuously meshed with the worm gear teeth, so the work is stable, and the impact, vibration and noise are relatively small.

1. Archimedes is the most common worm tooth shape. Compared with other worm tooth shapes, it has the advantages of simple structure, low processing difficulty, low noise, and easy installation.

2. The second enveloping worm is generally produced by special machine tools and matched with corresponding hobs. The bearing capacity is 3-5 times that of other straight profile worms of the same specification (depending on the actual number of enveloping teeth). It has the advantages of high conversion rate and long service life, and has self-locking function. The disadvantage is that due to the increase in the number of contact teeth, the noise and temperature will increase accordingly, and the actual use environment should be considered in the design.

3. Double-lead worm, close to ordinary ZA worm, tooth thickness normal gradient, can control the gap during assembly, improve transmission accuracy, adjust the position of the worm during use, compensate for the wear gap, and maintain accuracy to a certain extent, Improve service life.

2. gear

General description:

The mechanical efficiency is high, because the worm drive is sliding friction, and the change of direction loss is large, so the gear transmission efficiency is higher.

Under the same requirements, the gear can be smaller in size and lighter in weight.

Gear reducer is generally output input to the same direction, the field space environment requirements are low.

The gear reducer is small in size, light in weight, long in service life, stable in operation and low in noise.

1. Herringbone teeth, with anti-backlash function, can be used for precision parts such as spindles.

2. Helical gears can be matched with gears or worms, and the choice space is relatively large.

3. Bevel gears, enveloping straight umbrellas and spiral umbrellas can be used for direction conversion and other occasions. General production requires supporting production.

General description:

Face toothed disc is a special type of gear, which is used to transmit torque and power, and has the characteristics of ring teeth. It is mainly used in conveyor chains or gear systems assembled in rotating machinery to provide high torque and low speed power transmission.

1.
