The BJ 7225 dual-station high-efficiency gear grinding machine is a state-of-the-art, high-precision gear grinder featuring a completely new structural design. Equipped with the SIEMENS 840D SL CNC system, it enables fully automated control of the entire machining process, including automatic workpiece loading, automatic tool setting, automatic grinding, and automatic dressing. This machine is ideally suited for the high-volume precision grinding of involute cylindrical gears in industries such as passenger cars, new-energy vehicles, and precision reducers. It can process both spur gears and helical gears, supporting both generating and form-grinding methods, and achieves a machining accuracy of Grade 4 according to the national standard GB/T 10095-2008.
This machine tool features a brand-new dual-workpiece spindle configuration, high-precision direct-drive technology for both spindles, automatic roller pressure-angle adjustment, multi-head worm-wheel grinding and dressing, automatic tooth-space centering and automatic allowance allocation, and is equipped with an automated loading/unloading system, all of which significantly enhance machining efficiency.
