The transmission ratio is large. This makes the worm drive suitable for the transmission of large torque and low speed occasions, while the gear drive is suitable for small and medium torque and high speed occasions.
The transmission is stable. The worm teeth of the worm drive are continuous and uninterrupted spiral teeth, which are continuously meshed with the worm gear teeth, so the work is stable, and the impact, vibration and noise are relatively small.

The bearing capacity is 3-5 times that of other straight profile worms of the same specification (depending on the actual number of enveloping teeth). It has the advantages of high conversion rate and long service life, and has self-locking function. The disadvantage is that due to the increase in the number of contact teeth, the noise and temperature will increase accordingly, and the actual use environment should be considered in the design.
3. Double-lead worm, close to ordinary ZA worm, tooth thickness normal gradient, can control the gap during assembly, improve transmission accuracy, adjust the position of the worm during use, compensate for the wear gap, and maintain accuracy to a certain extent, Improve service life.
