The BCNC50 multifunctional CNC composite grinder is a CNC grinder mainly used for grinding and processing the teeth of various transmission parts. This machine tool adopts the CNC system of Fagor Company, which has high autonomy and can be further developed according to the actual requirements of customers. Currently, it can achieve 7-axis 4-axis linkage. With our company's self-developed worm gear special processing software, it can be used for grinding various cylindrical worms, various toroidal worms, as well as lead screws, threads, and can also be used for forming grinding of splines, screws, gears and other parts.
Machine tool design, from the perspective of practical use, has the characteristics of easy operation, rich functions, and quick adjustment. It also has a high degree of automation, high processing efficiency, high precision, and good rigidity, which can meet the stable use of various environments. The use of new protective covers can achieve non disassembly transportation during transportation, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, durability, easy cleaning, simple loading and unloading, and safety and reliability.
