Product Description
The BCNC500 multi-functional CNC compound grinding machine is a CNC grinding machine mainly used for grinding the tooth profiles of transmission components. This machine tool uses a CNC system from Fagor, possessing a high degree of autonomy and can be further developed according to customer needs. Currently, it can achieve 7-axis and 4-axis linkage. With our company's independently developed dedicated worm gear processing software, it can be used to grind various cylindrical worm gears, various involute worm gears (envelope worm gears/arc-toothed worm gears), as well as lead screws, threads, and can also be used for the forming grinding of some splines, threads, and gears.
From a practical usage perspective, the machine tool design features simple operation, rich functions, and rapid adjustment. It also features high automation, high processing efficiency, high precision, and good rigidity, capable of meeting stable use in various environments. The use of a new protective cover allows for transportation without disassembly, with a beautiful and generous appearance, durability, ease of cleaning, simple loading and unloading, and safe and reliable operation.
